We dream of a world where life is always enjoyable and fulfilling.

To achieve this dream, we always include game mechanics in the social applications we develop. Game mechanics tap into the human psyche, bringing sensations of pleasure and achievement through dynamics such as rewards and progression. We believe game mechanics should be applied to all aspects of life, as it motivates people to get out and do things to enjoy new experiences.

Socialico is a Singapore-based social media company that develops social applications for the web and mobile phone. It was inaugurated in 2009 by Keith Ng and Damon Widjaja. Our key products include GameMaki and FameMark.

GameMaki is a reality-based gaming platform where people share and discover new activities and experiences through challenges. People do these challenges in real life and claim them on the site to earn virtual rewards. FameMark is a platform where people discover their popularity score, determine the popularities of others and meet new friends.

Who are we?

We are ninjas. At least, we like to think we are.

Socialico was founded in 2009 by two buddies, Keith Ng and Damon Widjaja. Our team of guys and girls work together within our cosy office in the tropical island of Singapore.

We call ourselves the ninjas. Ninjas are swift and flexible creatures with amazing physical and emotional strength and represent who we envision ourselves to be. We do not simply specialize in a particular area of work but equip ourselves with a variety of skillsets so we can help one another out when the time calls for it. Additionally, we are not ones to back down in times of adversity. Nuh, uh. No way.
